udpxy http Streaming

Hello
I have multicast streaming udp and I use linux program to switch it to http stream and I want to put this stream on web page I did all JWplayer required but when i put the stream its give me failure to play this
the URL can play in to many players like VLC , windows media player etc.
http://192.168.100.100:4022/udp/239.255.1.1:1234
I tried 127.0.0.1 also , the jwplayer hosted in same with httpd server.

its http steaming may be MPEG-DASH ( the original its MEPG TS).

I just realized the IP address in the stream URL – it would only be available for you in your local network so I would not be able to know why it is not working. Is there any way you can make it accessible over the internet?
