Player not playing in samsing smart tv

Hi when I play online video in my Samsung smart tv from a website which used JW Player 7.10.4, its not playing. Just keep loading Is there something I can do to play the video in my samsung smart TV moved no M5570 (latest model).

Samsung’s smart TV is not a supported playback medium (https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference). I would suggest that perhaps you update your player. That might address your issue, but again Samsung Smart TV is not a supported playback medium.
