HLS streaming

Can i stream .m3u8 files just by using a basic account or do i have to upgrade my account.
Whenever i try to stream i get no playable source found.
I have used the tester http://demo.jwplayer.com/developer-tools/http-stream-tester/
my video plays well in the tester environment . The generated code is copied in my player but still the video doesn't load.
