It may be because you are using version 7.9.3 of the player. Can you try with the latest version? (7.11.3)

Hi Alex

after using (7.11.3) JW Player now controllers are always on the video player. But one problem I am facing that captions(CC) are overlapped by control bar. I am want to make that captions (cc) to be on top of the control bar. do you have any idea to do so?

Hi,

Since the captions pop up and drop down with the controlbar and you are forcing the controlbar to be visible, there’s no way to force the captions to appear on top of the controlbar.
