i keep getting an error message " no playable sources found " every time i'm trying to watch a video is it my settings ?

The “Error loading playlist: No playable sources found” error message usually means that the playlist was loaded correctly, but our player could not find any acceptable media source in the feed provided. This probably means that the playlist did not contain media in one of the 9 Supported Media Formats.
