JWPlyaer 7.11.2 showing unique icon in mobile browsers in lower right corner and not playing videos
I implemented JWPlayer 7.11.2 for my web application and it works fine on all web browsers. Video will play automatically when page loads. But on mobile browsers(Chrome and Safari) of iPhone and few tablet devices, video does not play automatically and it shows a unique icon in lower right corner of player; clicking on which shows the other controls of JWPlyaer; then the video can be played. Same issue exists on your JWPlayer website page as well. Link is https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1428525. This behavior is not user friendly. Why is the player behavior different on Chrome on Android phone(5.5 inch) and Chrome on iOS(5.5inch) ??? This different behavior is not user friendly and will raise lots of concerns from the users of my web app as they need to do one extra manual step to play the video. Please provide a needful solution for this issue.
