You can delete your Free account from within the Profile section of the dashboard. At the bottom of that page is a “Delete Account” button. You will be required to enter your password to confirm. Once your JW Player account is deleted this cannot be undone.
If you cannot access your Free account you can reset the password at https://dashboard.jwplayer.com/#/account/forgot
