Having a problem with 3D videos with quality set to auto getting stuck at the lowest quality setting. I would expect the video to start playing at low quality and once its determined a user's device and network connection can handle better quality that it would increase.

This was a known issue with the player that has since been resolved by our engineers and the fix should be released with JW Player 7.12. As of right now, version 7.12 is scheduled to be released on June 14, but that is subject to change.
