Hi. When i make a change on a playlist from the Dashboard it doesnt seem to propagate immediately as the JSON file my application requests return settings made prior to me new changes. Is there a limit on Free account that prevents real-time Dashboard changes to be propagated.

There are no differences in the amount of time it takes for changes to propagate to feeds for Free customers as compared to paid customers. It usually will take around 5 minutes or so for changes to propagate.
Are you seeing them take longer than 5 minutes or so?

Yes its taking far longer. Its been more than 10 hours and my playlist changes haven't been propagated. I have 7 videos in my playlist but the JSON file is only showing 2 items. What could be wrong?
