Doesn't JWPlayer7 support 206 response for hls?

I use chrome browser on my PC.
It works well.

But it does not work in chrome development mobile mode.
Because automatically inject range value to http request header.
So response is not 200, is 206.

JWPlayer show error message.
'Error loading media: File could not be played.'

Does the issue happen on a real device? In general the player loads the HLS stream in a video tag on mobile, as it has native support for HLS. So JW Player thinks it’s mobile, it loads HLS in a video tag and Chrome desktop cannot play HLS so you get the error.
