CEA-608 not detected

Hi,

I am trying to configure HLS live stream with closed captions from Wowza. In some older versions the CC gets detected and CC icon shows. But when i upgraded to 7.11 the CC icon did not show. I checked the stream with VLC and captions show in codec options and i can enable them.

Any ideas?

HLS stream playback requires a Premium Subscription or above. It looks like you have a free account. If you do have a Premium Subscription log in to the JW Dashboard and click the SUBMIT A CASE button at the top of the JW Dashboard and you can send us a direct link to the stream so we can take a look at it.
