The video I am viewing keeps starting and stopping every few seconds. I've tried playing on Firefox and Edge. Both are up to date. Neither work. Any suggestions?

The video you are linking to isn’t hosted by our platform. Does this test video also stutter? Do any of the videos at the bottom of this page stutter for you? If they do I think it may be a local issue so I would try some basic troubleshooting steps like opening the page in private/incognito mode or clearing your browser cache.

Just for clarification, is that your embed or did someone give that to you?
It was a forwarded link. I just assumed it was hosted through your site. The video you sent plays fine.
And the videos on that page https://www.jwplayer.com/customers/ work fine too.
