I have tried to sign up the free account but it never loads the page. I have tried with different internet connections and it happens the same thing, it remains loading.
- Is there any problem with the link/page?
- How else can I create my free account?

We are able to access the page on our end, and we have not received reports of this issue with any other customer. With your confirmation I can register your email address for a JW Player Free account. Registering your email would confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
