I've upgraded to jwplayer 7 and I've run in to an issue where my files will play without issue on Chrome, but on Safari for Mac and iOS I get "Setup Timeout Error: Setup took longer than 30 seconds to complete.
Any suggestions?

Can you remove other third party scripts on the site and add them in one by one until you see which one could be causing this conflict?
Thanks for the suggestion. It seems that prototype/prototype.js is breaking it. Unfortunately, Magento and my site relies heavily on this script for pretty much everything.

I've reverted to jwplayer 6 libraries and this issue does not appear, the player works fine, so this seems to be an issue with jwplayer7 and prototype
Can you use the latest version of prototype? There doesn’t seem to be an issue with that version.
