Always low quality

Hope someone can help and point me in the right direction. I have recently installed the new JW player 7 on to my website www.greencirclewindows.com but now is always plays in very low quality first especially in safari as there is no option to even improve the quality. What am I doing wrong? How can I always make sure the highest quality plays first?

If you are using the single-line embed code, you will need to pay for a Premium Subscription to unlock the players ability to automatically adapt to a higher quality. If you want to stay at the free tier, you will need to manually embed the player and point it to a higher quality MP4 conversion.
