Adding JW Player to multiple templates in Joomla

This is most likely a joomla related issue - but I'm double posting here in case someone has an idea.

I have a site with multiple templates (it's a site with client sub-sites, and each client has their own template).

I'd like to embed the jwplayer javascript in the site, without having to edit each template.

I will leave this post open in case someone from the community can respond, but we are not familiar with exactly how Joomla works so we would not be able to provide assistance ourselves.

In case someone here cannot help you out, I would suggest also posting on StackOverflow using the jwplayer and joomla tags.
