Not able to play 360 videos

Once i upload a 360 video, we are not able to rotate video. The video plays just like the simple video. We also checked option that it is 360 video.

Does your player setup look like the one in the example? Also, are you looking on desktop, or a device? If you still have issues after checking the documentation, please post a link where I can take a look at the issue.
