360 Video not showing quality selection option

I have uploaded a 360 video to my account and used the iframe embed to place it on my page. When I view the video on a laptop I can see the quality selector on the player, but when I try to view it on either a phone or a tablet the quality selector is missing and the lowest quality version of the video plays. Is there any way to fix this?

HI there,

On mobile browsers, our player hands off the majority of the responsibility of playback to the browser’s native media player. The native media players for both Safari on iOS and Chrome for Android, do not offer the ability to manually select which quality is being played. The quality will still automatically adapt and upshift if it can, but it cannot be manually controlled.
