platinum account bandwidth limitations

For the platinum tier, do the limits of 500GB Streaming/month and 200k video plays/month still apply if we are self-hosting the player as opposed to using the cloud based version?

In addition to above, will the views be counted against the limits if the videos are hosted externally (not on the JW Player platform)?

A play is counted when the first frame of a video loads on our player, this counts against your limit despite where the content or player is hosted. Streaming limits apply only to content hosted on our platform. If you host your videos externally this limit will not apply.
