can I force buffering?

Is there any way to force a video hosted on JWPlatform to buffer?

I'm trying to view the buffering animation that loads for .jw-state-buffering, but videos load so quickly that I rarely get to see it.

You might want to consider using a product called Charles- Web Debugging Proxy (https://www.charlesproxy.com/). This will allow you to toggle your network speed. Please note though that Charles is in no way related to JW Player.
