Video Play Lenght

I uploaded 1h 35 min video but the video page shows total length at 25 seconds. Also only 25 seconds of playback. I also uploaded 5 min video and that one shows and plays correctly at 5min. My account is currently only FREE account. So my testing can conclude that only videos of 5 min can be correctly displayed and played back on this site. Is ther ea limit ( why) as to the length of the video a Free account can have? Is 5 min enough to test reliability of JW playback site for potentially longer videos. Am I doing something wrong, I uploaded d file second time, after 1st time the length was set at 25 seconds.

Hello Mike,

I’ve uploaded long form content on a Free account and had no trouble with the duration appearing as anything shorter. Perhaps you should re-encode your original.
