360 Video Not Working

I am testing a 360 video and cannot get it to work. I told the JWPlayer Dashboard that it was 360, and also added:

stereomode: 'monoscopic'

To the player javascript setup code. It still just shows the entire video in the player without the ability to move around.

Is there something else I need to add to the javascript?

Hello Ryan,

The dashboard player is a generic player. For you to see it in action you’d have to choose embed and select the iframe method to get a link to a Preview Page.

I can’t seem to find the setup code where you set the stereomode.

Have a look at the setup at the bottom of this page:

Also, you should try uploading the content to JW Platform and using the singleline embed, it should be easier and getting a media id for your content will allow you to use JW Player analytics.
