Setup Error on Firefox

Hi,

I am having problem with JWplayer (on one site v 7.8.6, on the other 7.9.3). If i try to start it with Firefox 52.0.1 on my new laptop with Windows 10 (x64), I get the message "Setup Timeout Error: Setup took longer than 30 seconds to complete."

On my old laptop with Win 7 and FF 52.0.1 it works fine, on this new one it doesn't although in IE or Microsoft Edge it also works (on Win 10). I've written to the webmaster and they said they can play it even on Win10 and FF52.0.1.

I tried stopping adblock, tried some changes in firewall settings, reinstalled Firefox, reinstalled Adobe Flash, Adobe Air (just for sure), I even tried Firefox ESR, but none of that worked, so i ran out of ideas. Have you had such experience? And what else can I do about it?

Does it work in Firefox private browsing mode? Have you turned off third party extensions?

Yes, I tired that, the error message shows up the same.
