A play is counted when the first frame of a video loads on our player, this counts against your limit despite where the content is hosted. The Free, Premium and Platinum licenses each have limits to the amount of Plays/month allowed.

The Free license has a limit of 10,000 plays/month, the Premium license has a limit of 100,000 plays/month, and the Platinum license has a limit of 200,000 plays/month. If you are interested in usage beyond 200k plays/month please contact our Sales team directly for quotes.
