not getting verification email to sign up

I'm at step one - signing up for Free JW player. I get a confirmation:
Thank you for Signing Up
You're almost there!
A verification email has been sent to ...@gmail.com, then second try to ...@yandex.ru
Follow the link in your email to finish creating your JW Player account and begin publishing your videos to the world!

Googled this problem and you guys had it before, at least several times in 2016. I tried "forgot my password" way too – it doesn't work.

Need assistance, please.
