360 video & vr issue

I am a premium korea user.

I'm developing vr player ...
In the PC version, vr is implemented well through jwplayer.
However, in the mobile version, the following error message appears.

Error loading media: File could not be played

On this page, vr is well implemented in both PC and mobile versions.

What am I missing?

I’m seeing that you have a free account. If you are a Premium Subscription holder or above you can click on the SUBMIT A CASE button in your JW Dashboard to send us a test page so we can reproduce your issue.
