Converting video format

We have been asked to transcribe verbatim a meeting video that is on a client's website. The video is tinyclip.tv format. We need to convert it to .mp4 but do not see any options for file conversion. Is this possible?

Depending on what the file extension is, you might be able to upload it to our platform and download one of the MP4 conversions that get created. You can find them in the SOURCES tab of the specific piece of content you uploaded.
