jw player in firefox os

Hi,
I am trying to integrate jw player in phone which using firefox os. In my browser the video is playing ,but in phone and firefox simulator I am getting error. In simulator 'no playable resource fouund error and phone one set up time out error'. I want to use m3U8 format type file. Please help me asap, because it's ablocker now.

I have noticed that device/browser simulators do not reflect the real-world behavior of our player – so I would advise you to test on an actual device. That being said, I advise you to check our Browser & Device Reference as you are mentioning an OS which we do not support.
