Error #2036
Hi there :
My website were having trouble getting a single youtube video to play. It would consistently give me the “Error #2036”.
I use jwplayer 5 from 2011 .
any suggestion ?

Hi. Please note that JW Player version 5 is no longer supported. You are welcome to implement our latest player which can be found on your dashboard.
With regard to YouTube, be sure to implement the video file not a YouTube URL.
