508 Compliance - Download and Share buttons have no form labels
How can I add form control labels to the download and share buttons of the JWPlayer?
I am running into problems with JWPlayer 508 compliance. Below is a link to a web accessibility tool I use to validate my sites pages for 508 compliance.
The page linked to below has two errors. Both errors say form control labels are missing. The only form control elements I see without lables are the JWPlayer download and share buttons.

Any help or guidance is appreciated. And I may be totally of base in my theory of what doesn't have a form control label. Don't be shy setting me straight.

Andrew Mills has started a post on GitHub surrounding this issue. He hasn't solved the problem yet. But has some clues as to what may be wrong.
