Video Quality
I just uploaded a full HD high quality clip to my videos and it looks terrible.
Any idea why?

As soon as you upload a video to us, we generate the lowest quality transcode first because it is the fastest to complete. We then start working on the higher quality versions. Depending on the length of your video, it may take a few minutes for the full HD quality transcode to be available.
