Video file

I uploaded a video to JW Player several years ago, I don't have the file any longer and was wondering if there is a way to retrieve it off the player?

Hi,

The easiest option would be to download one of the transcodes that are available in the sources section of your specific video.

The harder way would be to create a new transcode template called passthrough then create a new transcode of the specific video.
