Cannot drag progress/volume bars when pinch zoomed on Windows Touch and Chromebook Touch

When using Windows Touch or Chromebook Touch on Chrome browser, touching a location on the progress bar while pinch zoomed sends the video back to the beginning instead of jumping to the touched location. This also happens when trying to drag the progress bar.

The volume bar is often unusable in these pinch zoom situations as well.

Note: This happens in Chrome, but can also be observed in on Windows Touch with Edge and the volume bar is difficult to use on Firefox.

Hi there,

I was able to reproduce this behavior in Chrome and Edge on a Windows 10 touchscreen laptop. I’m going to have to escalate this to our Engineering team to see what they say. As soon as I hear back, I will let you know.

I have heard back from one of our Product Managers who has advised me that he has filed a bug report for this issue.

Unfortunately, I do not yet have a timetable for which to expect a fix to be released.
