error loading media file could not be plaid
my videos were playing and have been playing well over one year and just today i got message that "error loading media file could not be plaid"
can anyone assist me on how to fix it

Hello,
Can you please provide us a link to your player embed? This would give us a better idea of what could be going on. At the moment we have not had any complaints about video playback in the new 7.9.1 release.
