Just to follow up on this:
Yesterday morning a small subset of accounts that utilized cloud-hosted JW 6 Players or JW 6 and JW 7 cloud-hosted players with AES encryption were impacted by an action intended to upgrade account functionality. Users affected would have observed "Error setting up player: Invalid license key” or “AES Decryption not allowed with this license” messages displayed when the player was rendered on a web page. We have since rolled back this action and all existing cloud-hosted players should be working again as expected.
