Hi,
I encountered a problem using JWPlayer SDK on android for HLS streaming, whenever I click play the player would return unable to connect to the address. I did test the address on the tester site: https://developer.jwplayer.com/tools/stream-tester/ and it seems to be working fine. It's an audio only stream if that matters.
Just wondering if anyone have encountered the same problem and found a fix?

For me to reproduce this issue reliably I will need this information about your application:

Min SDK Version is 21 and Target SDK Version is 24, the device that I used to test was running API Build Level 23.
As for JW Player SDK, I imported using Maven so I'm guessing that's the latest version.
I experienced this issue on the Samsung Note 4.
I pretty much followed the instructions under adding JWPlayerFragment to Activity's layout in this page: https://developer.jwplayer.com/sdk/android/docs/developer-guide/usage/jwplayer-fragment/
I have also tried this demo: https://github.com/jwplayer/jwplayer-sdk-android-demo and still experienced the same issue.
I used Wowza Streaming Cloud if that's relevant.

Is the stream GeoBlocked? If the stream cannot play in Safari natively, it’s a good chance it’s a streaming issue.

I'm actually on trial on Wowza so I only stream when I test it (An Android device pushing the stream while another can listen), but no it should not be geoblocked, I can play it natively on Chrome on desktop but got CORS on Android Chrome using their hosted site, the m3u8 is also confirmed to be working because I've tested it on this site https://developer.jwplayer.com/tools/stream-tester/.

I checked it, but it is available world-wide by default, could you try the m3u8 link again?, another person couldn't play it at first but it's working for him now.
I was able to get the stream to play on safari. However Android Chrome says there’s an issue related to your SSL cert.

There’s a good chance the certificate issue is related to your playback issues.
