Jwplayer playlist display

Hello,

I am using JWPlayer 7.9.0 for my application.

I am not happy with the way playlist is displayed, where first box is big vertical rectangle, and rest are rectangles, also they have blackish portion at the bottom.

Also video also have blackish portion on top before starting the video.

What setting will affect those?
