Video are not working in IE which having frame rate/sec 30

Hi,

We observe that we have some sample video which we are uploaded on our product and try to preveiw from Chrome and IE. but In IE after 2 sec video giving error "Error Loading Media: File Could Not Be Played". Moreover, we also observe that if we played a video from our local environment it works fine but on our QA environment it will won't work.

Please help regarding this. Are we missing something.

I am not aware of this error. Can you provide a link to your reproduction page?

Does the same thing happen when you load your video directly in an HTML5 <video> tag? If yes, then this is not something we will be able to fix on our side.

I am also interested to know if the same thing happens with the video after you upload it to your JW Player account. Perhaps our transcoding does something on our side to resolve the issue.
