DMCA question: How come this guy can use your player?? Copyright infr. material?!

This website: http://afdah.tv/watch-movies/65140-the-great-wall-2016/ is using your JW Player in order to play copyright infringed material. How come you allow him to do this, witih your latest JW Player v7?

Is it OK to do this or will you ban customers?

According to your terms it shouldnt be allowed..? Please tell me so I know. Would like to start a streaming website as well. Its ok if you host the video files yourself or no?
