HAVE to upgrade just to watch a full video ONCE?

I've uploaded a video from my Amazon S3 account to watch ONE time and it says the free version will only let me watch part of it, and to watch the whole thing I need to upgrade to the $60 version. Is there any way to watch a full video one time in the free version? Did I convert it from .vbo to the wrong format??

Sorry. not sure what you are referring to. We don’t offer $60 plans. The service you are using may be using our player – have you contacted them directly?
