Show Playlist/Discovery Overlay with JS

We would like to show the playlist after the video completes. I'm looking for the function that will display the playlist/discovery overlay.

I have the code setup to stop the current video oncomplete to prevent autostarting the next item in the list, but i'm not sure how to get it to display the overlay without clicking on the playlist button.

You can’t show the playlist per say, but you could open the related plugin, which is similar. Have a look:
