I don't understand that comment.
How do I set to HTML5? Will that make it work on mobile devices? The file URLs are on amazon - since the video is playing on computers how are the urls missing?

The video does not play on my browser, the setup block is missing a video url. What are you using to build the website? Do you have a web developer?

The site is WordPress - I am using S2Member as a membership site.
The videos are in an Amazon S3 console.
I am the web developer.
From what I’ve shown you in the screenshots above, why do you think the file urls are not available?

I think I need to make you a member of the site - the link to the JW player may be linked to s2member? As you can see from my video - they are working for members just not on the mobile devices. Is there anyway you can send me an email of a user name to ellen_mcdowell@cox.net ? I will give you a one day membership to check out the problem perhaps. It worked for the s2Member and they told me it looked like JW Player no longer supported mobile players.

Unfortunately that level of support is reserved for paying JW Player customers.
