Sound issue in jwplayer

Hi,
I have used JWplayer version 7.8.2 in my site
but i have problem with mobile device.
in some mobile device video will start auto playing but with some device its not.
if video auto start in some device then its sound less means there is no sound.
also if i press play button for in that devices which not started auto play, its start playing video but still without sound.

can any one have solution for sound in jwplayer.

Hi,

That is the expected behavior on Chrome 55. Autostarted videos will be muted.

Which devices and browsers are you using in the case where the video does not autostart?
