Video Ads not appearing on Chrome Mobile responsive site

We are facing issue where the DFP video ads (pre rolls) are visible on desktop while on mobile and tablet the video ads are not visible. Our website is a responsive site.

We are sometimes encountering Ad error 1010 on mobile.

We have checked the ad code on the JW player test platform and we found that whenever the Ad client is chosen as VAST it returns an error. On desktop, the ads are rendered without any issues.

Can somebody tell us where the issue is?

You’re most likely getting Flash creatives in the ad response. Please contact your ad network and ask them to only provide HTML5 compatible content.
