combine multiple videos in one player in one stream

Is it possible to start playing a video file after 10 seconds, then play another video file that begin from the 30th second of video and this video plays for 20 seconds and then first video plays again from 40th second to 60th second.
I mean, is it possible to stream many videos in one player with a control bar which can be seek in timeline in videos.
