offline flash support on chrome

I am using jwplayer 5 for offline streaming. As chrome is going to remove flash support by december, how can i continue streaming offline videos on chrome with jwplayer 5 version.
Or is there any new version which supports offline streaming without flash.

You can provide your users instructions on how to re-activate flash functionality in Chrome if you’re still going to use JW 5. Streaming requires an active connection to the content, so offline streaming is not supported.
