I get an error message. The video was created as an MP4 by Movie Maker. Give me your email address to send you the location where I have uploaded the video for you to download it and check it out. I have a second video with the same problem but with one video is enough for now. The tester link you sent me gave a timeout error.
I found the problem. Movie Maker saves the video in one mp4 format that is not recognized by JWPlayer. I found out there are about 15 different mp4 formats. The solution for now is to convert the video file into an mp4 format that is compatible using AVC Video Converter, the free version. I´ved done it and now the videos can play in JWPlayer. The best is for JWPlayer software designers to add the Movie Maker mp4 into the formats recognized by or compatible with JWPlayer.

Thank you, Donni, for your response. I have been doing the procedure of editing the video in Movie Maker and then converting it to mp4 using AVC Converter. It was working fine, but now it does not work in 3 videos. Don´t know why. I will check the link you sent me.
I checked the link for video player configuration, but that does not help since my videos that do not play are in MP4 format with H-264 codec. No need to change code.
The videos that do not play can be seen playing in the Analytics screen of JWPlayer.
Sorry I’m not seeing anything in the analytics section or your JW Dashboard. Can you provide direct links to the MP4s? Have you verified that your MP4 videos are using the H.264 video codec and the AAC audio codec?

Donni, the audio codec is AAC. I checked it with the AVC Converter. All videos I convert with AVC Converter are setup with the same parameters. Some work, some don't.
The email I request is not for premium technical support, it is only to give it to the transfer of big files website so you can download the video. What purpose should I achieve by buying premium if the software is no good.
