Billing Abuse after CANCELLATION

JW Player abuses in doing the automatic payments. You have no option to CANCEL your subscription via the web interface. When cancelling by email (the email contacts are equally well hidden on the JW web page to avoid any direct contact with subscribers) the abusive payments by credit card continue.
So the only real option to cancel JW subscription is unfortunately to block your credit card. It's inadmissible.

I disagree, and please let me clarify one thing:

Customers that signed a contract with our Sales team do not have the option to cancel payments until that signed contract ends. Anyone with a signed contract is able to contact their Sales representative via e-mail at any time to state their intention to not renew the contract. Furthermore, our Account Services team reaches out to each customer before all contracts end to see if the customer would like to renew with us. Our Technical Support and Finance teams do not have the ability to stop monthly payments for customers with signed contracts, as they have signed a contract to use our player.

Customers who sign up on the web site, however, have the option to cancel the automatic renewal at any time and will not charge their credit card on the renewal date. This link appears in the account dashboard on the Billing page.
