About payment

Hi,
I am trying to test HLS streaming, but the m3u8 file is not running and I want to test it after payment. But $ 299 is too expensive for testing. Before using jwplayer, I would like to test one or two images with HLS.
Is there any way to test a small purchase rather than a preminum license purchase?
You have to use it right away, but it's too much to buy before you test it.
Please answer fast.

Currently, not all m3u8 files are running. We are also using the free account to test.
