I am looking to buy premium at $ 299, but when I click proceed does not make me go. I pay with paypal. The site is basilicata24.it. Why can not I finish the purchase transaction?

Please ensure you have disabled pop-up blockers on our site when using Paypal as a payment method. When you click “Submit Order” a pop-up window will appear directing you to Paypal to log in and confirm your automatically renewing annual billing agreement.
